After lunch at the hotel, visit the Giraffe Centre in the nearby suburb of Karen, where you can hand-feed the giraffes! Then you’ll visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a sanctuary for orphaned elephants and rhinos. The orphanage houses the animals until they can be released back into the wild. You’ll be able to learn all about the elephants onsite, and with an elephant fostering fee included in your trip, you’ll gain access to the exclusive evening feeding. Watching the baby ellies file in and get bottle fed by their handlers will be an adorable memory you’ll never forget!

Today begins your Kenya safari adventure! Transfer to the Wilson Airport and fly to Amboseli National Park. Your home for the next 2 nights is Tawi Lodge, located just 10 minutes’ drive from the park gates. Under the umbrella shade of the enormous acacia trees, you’ll have an extensive view of Mt Kilimanjaro and the wetlands, where the animals come to drink and play. Settle into your comfortable tent for the evening and watch the sunset over Kilimanjaro.
Tawi Lodge

Enjoy a full day on safari in Amboseli National Park and the Tawi conservancy! This part of Kenya is famous for its large herds of tusker elephants sporting enormous tusks. You’ll also have the chance to see lions, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, rhinos, and much more.

Fly to the Masai Mara today for the beginning of your Great Migration safari! Enjoy an evening game drive en route to Serian “The Original” Camp, an incredible tented camp located in the Mara North Conservancy. This private conservancy borders Masai Mara National Park, offering the same amazing wildlife viewing with more exclusivity. The camp allows you to truly immerse yourself in nature while still enjoying luxurious service and amenities. Your tented room is built on wooden decking and overlooks the Oloololo Escarpment. Sink into the large bathtub on your private deck and soak up beautiful views of the African bush.

Enjoy a full day on safari in the Masai Mara today. At Serian, all of your game drives will be conducted in a private 4×4 safari vehicle with your own private guide and tracker, which means the day’s activities are entirely up to you. Want to spend the day tracking down an elusive rhino, or get out of the car and follow a wild elephant’s trail on foot? Anything is possible. Depart early in the morning to see the wildlife at its most active. A mid-day picnic lunch in the bush and a scenic sundowner will break up the day’s safari activities.

Enjoy a game drive en route to your next Masai Mara Camp, Serian Nkorombo. Nkorombo is Serian’s tented mobile camp, set on a private riverside site in the Masai Mara Reserve. This snug little setup is chock-full of character with a view over the rushing Mara River, bursting with laughing hippo and languorous crocodile. Life at Nkorombo is low-key and tranquil. Nestled among a stand of wild olive and orange croton, the camp sits right next to a lively salt lick that regularly features black rhino, as well as lion and leopard on the lookout for kill. There is an abundance of prey in this area, and it’s the perfect spot for spectacular game viewing. One of the prime Great Migration river crossing spots is just around the bend from camp, and is extremely active from July to November.
